Availability of a participant for a given activity depends on the connection an organization configures and the controls that govern that activity.

The application depends on a published MergeOn Business Capability rather than directly on a provider-specific model endpoint. A permitted model can therefore change behind the Runtime boundary while the business contract and surrounding governance remain stable.
